Support Tickets

 You must be a registered user and signed into our system in order to open a Support Ticket. (We couldn't communicate back and forth otherwise).

Because we have had so many to create accounts on their own behalf that have abused their membership privileges you must email us requesting an account. Be sure to state that the purpose that you want an account for is so that you can open, create and view your support tickets in your email. Click here to email us and an administrator will create an account for you.

Once an account is created a Peach OSI administrator will email you and you will receive a confirmation email. Login immediately and change your temporary password, login via the username/password fields to your left in the side panel menu available on most every page of our web site. Once you've successfully logged in go to your Account, Go to your Account Now or you can use the "My Account" link located in the left side navigational panel.

Once you are in your account, scroll down until you see "Create new ticket" or if you are already signed in Create a new ticket now.
